We Canadians love our ketchup and eggs.

Fresh out of bed, the Chef Mistress shows you an easy way to make the Western Omlette.

This recipe was brought to Canada via our Jamaican ancestors and instantly became a bona-fide Canadian favorite.

Filmed in our nation's Capital in the Ottawa Valley.

  • The OMG was NOT needed. sheesh

  • So really, this is in actual fact a Jamaican "omlette". Is what Jamaicans call an omlette, scrabled eggs to us?

  • god that looks so good ...

  • that was not omelette though lol

  • Gosh. You are so cute, and so charming. I just want an invitation to your house for breakfast. HOWEVER, I think you change the name of this video to making western "eggs" NOT omelette. I'm sure the taste is as superb as your hospitality, its just that the word omelette (especially to the French) is a little misleading. Overall, tre bien!

  • You rock!
