Suspecting that Qwest was downthrottling my internet downloads and video, I decided to test the hypothesis by running it through an overseas proxy server. In this video you will see download speeds increase by an order of magnitude just by adding a middleman overseas! Since the download is shielded by the proxy server, Qwest does not know the content I am downloading and cannot preferentially throttle based on type of traffic (video, software download). This is the reason we need to urge Congress to enact net neutrality laws to preserve the internet and free speech.
So, you're using CryptoCloud, huh? How long have you been using it and how reliable has it been so far? Their ToS and Privacy Policy sounds awesome!

Hi, nice topic and just to point out the fact that i'm in the mid-Atlantic region of USA, and i have roadrunner as my isp, I signed up for 15Mbps download and 1Mbps up; however I am constantly getting anywhere from 20 to 29 Mbps on my download speed test, every time dude. The same for my upload speed @1Mbps.
Which is not bad at all. I feel bad for you getting screwed by your isp, I would change, when change comes around to you!!
BTW are you using cryptocloud as your proxy?
if so are they good?
