@OLDNEWBLUE Is the boat in the water, or running on muffs? Have you checked all the water passages to be sure they are clear? Have you checked the condition of the circulator pump, and t-stat? I'm assuming when you put a new impeller in, you remembered to put the impeller key in too. I can try to help you on youtube but have you asked for help elsewhere? There is a boating forum at Iboats(dot)com. Its free to join. There is allot of long time marine mechanics there who are full of good advice.

If you read the coments on the to you'll see that it is the same engine like the 164 but with other Carbs and Cam.

where online can i get parts like the little ruber gaskets that hold the pipes from lieaking to the heat exchanger

Sorry i really don´t know what part you´re looking for. can you describe it a little more. Doe you mean the round flat gasket at both ends of the heat exchanger. It has the same outer diameter like the heat exchanger an the inner diameter for the bolt.
