It's neither Hindi nor Urdu. I think it's probably a Rajasthani folk, though I could be mistaken.

This song became highly popular in Dhaka, thanks to Radio Today :) I like this song a lot. You can tell if anyone is really a good singer by listening to their live performance. She's great!
