Just a thought...if you have the audio CD try to play it at the same time as the song plays on the DVD and see if they sync up. A 1/2 step difference (for most people) is really not all that distinguishable. Not to make any assumptions (or insults) but maybe your DVD is slowed down but you simply can't detect it.

Strange...I have that DVD. All the songs (not just 'If I Fell") are a 1/2 step slower. Maybe there are differences between regions (I'm in the US).

@ratchetxrc Curious. Is this a retail version? If so, what country? Can you give a runtime? I have never seen a retail version of this movie in any format (VHS, Betamax, Laserdisc, DVD, or BluRay) that has the audio sped up to match the recording on the album. You might have a pirated version.

@dragonjo8 maybe but the dvd version of a hard days night that i have all the music was fixed so its not lower/slower anymore

The original video for this is about a 1/2 step slower. You sped up the video to match the album version of the song. Clever!!! Not a perfect match, but close!
