Your condemnation of mainstream media completely ignores its nuances. One of the main sources people get their news from in the UK is the BBC - a public service broadcaster funded by us, for us. It has to aim for impartiality at all times, by law, and generally gives a far broader view than youtube. You also ignore the way in which modern TV news interacts with social media, presenting the ideas of regular people, and how much of their content is user generated (mobile phone videos for example).

The big banks are being bailed out and our political process has been overtaken by corporate money. This is their MAIN point. Even YOU should agree with this. It is not about Capitalism, it is about Corruption in government, in business, and in media. Media is more interested in profit than they are in truth. They are far more propaganda outlets for the stories that promote continued corruption, rather that promote the truth or a fair and balanced approach. There could very well be two sides to every story, but we need the true story on both sides, and not the SPIN from the power brokers.

With the internet being one of the greatest inventions of our time, it has allowed everyone to open to the idea in to challenge mainstream media in which allot is funded bye corrupt greed so there for it can become corrupt journalism, in which can display fault truth or lies is better term to use. So yes I agree challenge mainstream bye doing your own research and cross checking with mainstream media to find the truth in which you challenge them with.

I mean, I know it's about making a change and showing your opinion on banks and capitalism and stuff, but what is it that you want to change? What is this change going to be like?
