It's all momentum. Try using a clean, dry lifting technique and make a video to show us that you can actually handle that weight with complete control from beginning to end. And please, don't drop the weight at the end!

thats fuckin serious! that takes a mighty grip to be able to snatch a kb that heavy and not let go really pulls on your hands at the bottom not to mention that takes serious shoulder strength iv only snatched the 48kg and i had to set it down after each rep and my shoulder hurt for like a week awesome job!

No problems with rotator cuff, technique is everything. Why is it killing yourself? Being strong is a nice attribute;)
