@richardborys1954 Actually, he was wounded in that leg, but cancer is what necessitated the amputation.

@JoeyFudd So how would I develop this skill of verbal forethought and would choice with only seconds to prepare? I read his book and he did say lawyers are created not born. what would u recommend on developing this type of skill?

This is not a fair interview...Joe Pyne is trying to bait Bailey in...Bailey is on to him, you can see his antennas are up and he is not totally opening up to Pyne.
