Basically, I think Bush Sr. stuck to the book regarding responsible leadership to a greater extent than Bush Jr. There were many questions which arose regarding the reaction to 9/11, where Bush Sr. could delegate his feelings and trust in "The International Rulebook" more than Bush Jr. could. Although, to be fair, 9/11 didn't happen during Bush Sr.'s reign so we never saw him really tested in the same way, although he did have Desert Shield and Desert Storm. But he demonstrated restraint.

Yes, well...whether or not the man has any smarts, he didn't have enough to accept responsibility when things started going down the drain.

A very impressive video about giving a comparative view of Bush Senior and Bush junior from different leadership perspectives. A interesting video discussing personality. I would say its a must see!
