  • Mate, just have a look on a powerlifting competition and read about what they accept as a squat, or just try to think logicaly of why a weightlifter is doing full front squat during a clean, wise guy!

  • @seroeth This is intentional, the main force, more force - more muscle. This is the point of peak stress with greater weight, lower sitting inappropriately and it will be just too much. This is what should be and gives a good result. The main thing to do only one worker, serious set, and then good recovered.
