I never realized how beautiful Syria is. I only wish that the Syrian people could enjoy the freedom of a democracy instead of having to live under a dictatorship. This is one of the middle eastern countries I would really love to visit, but at present I would worry about personal safety. Indeed, Syria is a true gem of the middle east.

@Charbel0389 Look 7abibi....I am from Syrian coast and i tell you that Lebanon must return to Syria becouse Lebanon was a part of Syria till 1861 ! And what did you said that Syria is only desert !!!??? Syria have more things than Lebanon! Syria have : Mountains, sea, lakes, rivers,forests,populated Island, even the desert gives Syria oil and Phospate ! Lebanon is protected by Syria and there was no Lebanon without mother Syria ! And dont forget that Phoenicians were 3000 years ago !

VERY beautiful place. God bless Syria. I hope the problems in Syria now will pass quickly and that the people, not the Jewish/American interests/puppets will have rule of Syria.
Sadly, I fear America/Israel will be bombing Syria next as they "liberate" the "rebels" like they are doing in Libya.
People of Syria: BEWARE of ALL American aid. They do NOT want to HELP you, but rather bring you under the thumb of Israeli & American interests. If you are going to topple your gov't, do it HARD & FAST.
