I used Websters Pages and a K&Company chipboard box to create a shadow box cover. A manilla file folder finishes this standalone, Shadow Box Christmas mini album. Check out my blog for other fun projects at http://RoxPaperScissors.blogspot.com

  • How you adhere that diamond dust stuff? I got some and put on some glue from a stamp pad type thingy and it just was too heavy or something. I don't know....didn't look like yours~

  • For the shadow box cover I just sprinkled it on when the paint was wet. I have the stamp pad glue and find the best glitter is fine glitter, like Martha's. Have you tried Martha's glitter Glue? It works really well for most apps.

  • Hi Roxy! Well, can't remember exactly what I said but it was something like...I love this idea and the enhancements that you have done. I saw the original on Samantha's channel. I think you are super creative!! And love all of your ideas and techniques, color choices and everything!!!! (this last part I added tonight :-)) I was curious to know if the Red Lead you keep referring to is located in Webster Groves, MO. Lisa

  • THAT's what it was, yes it is the one in Missouri, two sisters own it, Sharon and Chris. I wish I could move to MO and live in their store.

  • Love this! Thanks so much for your videos. I love your style. I really appreciate you telling us about your happy accidents, it makes me feel less intimidated, your final results are so stunning, I never would have guessed it all had not gone as planned. Thanks, Dawn

  • Well....I'm slowly developing respect for Martha Stewart stuff. I've never liked her papers....only because I thought they were pretty dull. HOwever, I got some of her Christmas paper that I thought was really pretty and double sided as well. It's a nice weight....perfect weight....One probem I have with K&Co is the paper seems to split sometimes. So....now I'm branching out and trying more Martha stuff. I got one of her punches I like....I've never tried the glue though, I'll try that next

  • This is such a GREAT idea!!!! I love re-purposing stuff...I'm just not so good at coming up with the ideas to do it! Thanx for sharing!

  • They just moved to Webster this summer, it's a super cute location, like in an Olde Town area. I got some adorable metal charms there that can be hung from a mini.

Well, I am super close to it so if there is anything in store that you want, let me know I can get it for you!! The only thing is is that the items in the store are sold differently. I think the price may work out to be the same, not sure. I can definitely check it out and may be able to ship it cheaper!?

  • WOW!!! THIS IS SO CUTE

  • OMG That is the cutest thing. I love this . Very cute.. such talent. Keep up the great videos and tips. Hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas.
