Before soldering it worked well with the blink sketch, but after the soldering process can't upload to it...
I already tried to upload with nothing connected and cleaned all pins (there's no pins soldered together).
I'm using a FTDI 5v basic breakout board from sparkfun.
Can somebody help me?

  • I've got the exact same problem... Can't find a way to solve this out. Have you found a solution since you posted this video ?

  • @gandoulf yep, after 1 or 2 months I tried to upload and it worked. Try to manually reset when you upload the sketch. I think my pro mini had a problem on the reset button

  • @geekionizado Tks for the answer. I tried to reset it with the button but it didn't worked, even with the reset pins... I don't know where to look :s

  • @gandoulf do you soldered the pins before it stopped working? Try to resold every pin, even the pins of the chip. If it don't work, try to burn the bootloader again

  • bricked microcontroller, i'm sorry.. i had the same problem 2 days ago with an arduino UNO and a standalone atmega328p.

you can try to burn the bootloader again via ICSP but i don't think it will work

  • have the same problem here. i see you found a solution. what was it?

  • @geekionizado yes, I soldered the pins and it worked fine during a week. I'll try to solder them again though, the tin looks a bit dry. Thanks for the advice !
