  • you know what son they dont make this ype of movies anymore

  • Whoever posted this cut the clip too short. Now I have to buy the DVD. I'll send you the receipt for reimbursement.

  • @paulswans oh, thank you ever so much for your views on this classic.

  • Nah - Mary Tyrone is supposed to be from the Midwest, but Hepburn has that actressy and New England phony voice. Look how she sticks her elbow toward Dean Stockwell at 7:22 - listen to the camera dolly making creaking noises during the famous backward camera movement. Awful Just awful.

  • Wow that was some flick!

  • Ms. Hepburn gave clsssic performances in Alice Adams, Morning Glory,

The Philadelphia Story, Guess Who's Coming To Dinner, Lion In Winter,

and On Golden Pond but to me Katharine Hepburn's greatest performance was in this brilliant film.

  • This movie was on one morning and I ended up starting in the middle of it, well close to the end of it. I thought it was a good movie, so I looked it up to see if it was going to air again and set the DVR to record it. However, I decided to watch the rest of it, just to see if I was interested. The ending made me so creeped out that I "unrecorded" it. However watching the rest of the scenes now makes me want to find it on the DVR and record it again.

  • The cast from Heaven!
