to change weapon,you have to get materials that your members request,it will act as a "Upgrade" as in changing to a better weapon.(You can't really change their weapons directly which is a downer)
The armored guy is named Caedemon,he can be found at a desert town(forget which,i didn't play TLR for a long time),go recruit him in the guild of the town

Who is that armored guy at 02.10? I want him...
