  • Oh grief, no wonder the girl is all wack with parents like these. I just read about Nimoy's alcoholism which make it a kind of strange seeing him playing one.

  • @MissMael Yes,Nimoy's alcoholism.I saw pictures in his addicted time he looks so bad.Maybe in this ep,he stops drinking and declears independent from being alcohol slave. He talks about his "seacret self" he leaves in his work that is not secret anymore.I admire him for stop drinking and also smoking.:)

  • @ribbonrain I'm a bit confused about how long he struggled with it. I read that he started drinking in either the 2nd or 3rd season of Star Trek but I don't know for how long. He looked fine in Star Trek but in M:I and Baffled I think he looked thinner. I guess he must have struggled with it throughout the 70s.

I read that he took Shatner's wife to the same AA meetings he had attended. Shatner speculated that alcoholism might have been the reason Nimoy appeared aloof on the Star Trek set.

  • @MissMael You're right. He plays Star Trek after Wagon Train.I don't know when he stop drinking too and about Shatnet, one of his wife died in the pool because she drunk. So sad. Here we have no news of Them. Also Nimoy.(-3-)

Who know? We open for discuss.^-^

  • Ward Bond died the same year this episode aired. He was only 57. Miss Oliver died in 1990 at the age of 58.

  • How did I get here????

  • @fnpoovey I hope that wasn't too difficult for you.

  • This episode is on today.

  • Please post more episodes of Wagon Train with Flint as the main character.

  • isent Margret Hamilton the real name of the WIcked Witch of the West? oh never mind!

  • @fnpoovey Is your name really Flint?

  • My parents were horrible so when I was little Flint became both of my parents. When things got rough I would fantasize that he was picking me up on his horse. I had forgotten this until we got the show recently on cable.

  • My parents named me after Flint McCullough from the late 50's show "Wagon Train".
