DESCRIPTION OF THIS EXERCISE/DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EJERCICIO
(EN) Sit on a Scott bench, hold a dumbbell with hand in neutral grip (palms sideways). Place stretched arm with elbow leaning on the inclined desk of the bench. The triceps should overlap desk too. Inhale and flex elbow, exhale at end of movement.
(ES) Sentados en el banco Scott, flexionamos el codo y llevamos la mano (neutro) hacia su hombro.
