What a place to play. Probably the most beautiful gig on earth! Having visited this incredible amphitheatre as a tourist many times since, I'm astonished that we were so incredibly lucky to perform there.

Why did you always mime at the Italian gigs?

Hi,
The Festival Bar shows were always mimed. Even if you wanted to play live, you couldn't. Most European TV shows were mimed, and still are, this is because they are usually going out live on tv and there are a bucket load of acts on the bill which make it a logistical nightmare to mix a live sound feed for each band in quick succession for live transmission.
