It is and it is not. It's a song based on Zager and Evans' song. As it is the case with many covers made by Laibach (take Opus Dei or Geburt einer Nation). They sometimes make only delicate changes (like translation of One Vision/Geburt... or omission of some words in Opus Dei), and sometimes they write their own lyrics, as it was the case with "In The Year 2525". I believe both versions are great.

I have a 12" vinyl of their cover of The Rolling Stones 'Sympathy for the Devil' It has an awesome cover too (Google it) One of my buddies nicknamed them 'The German Brady Bunch'
