More famously it was located at 5 Cooper Square before its building was razed to build the apartment building that currently stands there, making the move to St. Marks necessary.

on the mural was a local East Villager named Spike, he wore an eye
patch. He also had a brief scene in the movie Sid and Nancy. You mentioned
