Energy security is a scam.
The U.S, if they really wanted to be independent on energy or oil, they would have been so years ago.
The truth is that they want their people to waste as much oil as possible. And they are happy to buy as much oil as their people want.
They have been buying oil for years to make those oil exporting countries fight with each other.
The more they fight, they weaker they get.
They give you the money to make you weak in the end.

And when the oil runs out, they are the one with the most advanced tech and they will survive and run the world they way they want.
It has to do with wanting to be the big brother.
So if you have some oil and make some money out of it, don't ever think you're smart. The truth is that you have been played by them for a long long time and you don't know.
