Ice Arrows as a Child

Originally discovered by Kazooie, but this is a faster way (as pointed out my Manocheese). The way to get the Ice Arrows was discovered by Acryte.

I remember all those times when I succeeded at the cucoo jump and then got caught before making it to Gerudo Fortress... fun times.
