I can see a little bit of you hair change when you say click. Its on the back of your head, And it changes slightly. This shows that you just paused the video, Either had the same moniter but had taken the screen out, ~and lined it up perfectly. Kind of like they do in a game of snooker when the ref is re spotting a ball. Thats my thoery anyway.

Thanks for your comment. Good theory, but you're not quite there... I used the 'Blue Screen' method. Basically I took a still image of the room then using 'Paint' I blotted out everything except the frame of the screen in blue. I then removed the screen altogether and did the (very bad) acting. Then using some video editing software, I added back the doctored still image as a new layer. The software 'sees' the blue that I used to blot out the image as being transparent.
