This program presents Dr. John Chardos Department of Medicine (VA) on the cause, treatment and prevention of low back pain. Most people have experienced low back pain at one time or another, so it is no surprise that it is one of the most common problems in primary care. Although it is so common, it is not clear how to best treat back pain. John Chardos, MD presents information to better understand back pain and what can be done to manage it. • Ah, back pain goes with age. This is inevitable. Sorry to say this.

  • Solving your back pain is possible! look here: back.xfollow.me (Copy to your browsers address bar)

  • in his book he calls out to his colleagues to verify or correct his work which I do in my book: Disc Shmisc - a more accurate model of back pain. It's available on amazon. or check out my website.

  • If you have low back pain, mid-back pain, or whatever it may be, there is a really great read called "Healing Back Pain" by Dr. John Sarno. It conveys, without a doubt, the most Responsible Content on the matter that I have ever come across and is NOT "about" anatomy in general. You can google his name - don't have to buy the book. I tried chiropracty, massage, cortizone, exercise, etc. P.S. I've had 2 discectomies in the past - didn't know better, and....yeah, it's a really worthwhile read.

  • um um um um um um um um um um...
