Harlem Gospel Choir a Czech SuperStar 2009 - Šmajda Lacho Chodúr Konvičková Foret Drda - zpívají Imagine za mír a nenásilí.
Až na osm tisíc lidí se v úterý v podvečer sešlo na Václavském náměstí v Praze, aby svou účastí a především zpěvem podpořili myšlenky Světového pochodu za mír a nenásilí, jehož desetičlenná delegace je právě v těchto dnech v Praze.
The World March for Peace and Nonviolence. Thousands of people have gathered in Pragues Wenceslas Square to participate in the biggest event in the country organized as part of the World March for Peace and Nonviolence: Harlem Gospel Choir & Czech SuperStar 2009 singing Imagine. It was the last and the biggest event that concluded a three day stay of members of the World Marchs Base Team in the Czech Republic.

The Peace party hosted some of Czechs most known singers, actors and performers who all performed to help spread the call for peace and nonviolence. Together with the famous Harlem Gospel, thousands of people sang the song Imagine by John Lennon in what was probably the biggest karaoke in Czech recent history.

The party also included a carnival-like parade through the city center with a wonderful atmosphere of friendship and shared hopes for a better future.

The party ended with the release of hundreds of Thai lanterns that carried the wishes of all participants for a world free of wars and violence.

- Likvidace nukleárního arzenálu - globální jaderné odzbrojení.
- Okamžité stažení invazních vojsk z okupovaných území.
- Postupné proporcionální snižování počtu konvenčních zbraní.
- Podepsání smluv o neútočení mezi národy a odstoupení vlád od užívání válek jako prostředku k řešení konfliktů.

THE PROPOSALS OF THE WORLD MARCH
To avoid a future nuclear catastrophe we must surpass violence today, demanding:
• nuclear disarmament at a global level;
• the immediate withdrawal of invading troops from occupied territories;
• the progressive and proportional reduction of conventional weapons;
• the signing of non-aggression treaties between countries;
• the renunciation by governments of the use of war as a means to resolve conflicts.

v týhle písničce je jedno určitý kouzlo... a ani to svýma vsuvkama typu ,,oh yeah" prostě úplně zkazili... navíc ještě takovým tim přecítěnym hlasem, kterej úplně nesnášim... tahle písnička je klidná... k zamyšlení... a ne že z toho udělaj popík

@ChristineCZka: nemyslím si, že jsem nějak netolerantní, ale tohle je vážně kurvení písničky, úplnej výsměch! Jak nějaká parodie. A jestli jsou černý nebo ne, to mě nezajímá, jestli jsi to myslela takhle.
