Fantastic video. I canceled my appt at the mechanic after watching this and decided to try it on my own. The worst issue I had was getting the bolt holes lined up. 30 minutes later and I was done. Great service to the common man you provide.

@sansonj72 Sometimes you have to wiggle the alternator around a bit as you turn the bolt.

wonderin if a duramax diesel motor would fit in a 98 K2500 chasis??? Has a 5.7 350 in it now... If it works, how easy or hard to do?

@18WheelTerrorist I'm not 100% sure. I'm not aware of or have seen anyone make this kind of a swap. You may want to check out an automotive forum for your vehicle to see if there's someone out there that has done this. They may be able to tell you exactly what you would need.

can you please do a video for the removal and replacement of intake manifold and carburetor for an old chevy. I have a 83 K20 and need to do this, but cannot find any videos or decent how-to's. I like your tutorials best, they are very detailed.

@starbuary10 I will be doing this in the future. I have an 86 GMC Jimmy of my own that I am going to upgrade the heads, cam, intake and carb on but that won't be until later in 2010.
