@aboyaci that was not excessive force you dumb ass the guy was resisting arrest and threw a punch at the cop the had the legal right to punch back and he only hit him twice and once the perp went to the ground the cop stop hitting him so please tell me when the F**K the excessive force happened

I knew a guy who out ran the cops in a boat of a car. He drove a old 77' tbird he has picked up for like $300. He was driving it without a license or plates, he had been drinking and when the cops went to pull him over he took off down gravel and dirt roads, drove threw fields and other seldom used roads that only locals know of. After about a 2 mile chase the cop was left in the dust literally. He was later arrested for unrelated crime and is currently in a insane asylum.
