  • A well structured, intelligent and comprehensive introduction, particularly in your efforts to rephrase the buddhist 'jargon' in layman's terms. Your ability to constantly monitor your own speech to stay focused on a first-timer's point of view was critical in keeping my attention and avoiding my cynicism, and is a fine example of the benefits of these practices you are promoting. Did think you were a bit 'Silence Of The Lambs' at first, but I'm glad I stuck it out...you're a nice guy!
