  • We do not view the shift to a customer-centric organization as optional. Sa halip, ang shift na ito ay kinakailangan kung ang mga bangko ay nais upang mapanatili ang mga katanggap-tanggap na mga antas ng kakayahang kumita na ibinigay na makabuluhang mga pagbabago sa regulasyon na kapaligiran.

  • Putting the customer at the center of the decision making process is always a good business practice. Like he says, the consumer has so much access to information for comparison shopping that being customer centric can help differentiate with your business from the competition.

  • It's very interesting. Sounds to me this is about applying User-Centered Design in business.

  • "So is your goal to target your product at a customer, or spin a story about your product to the most valuable customer demographic?" I don't think these two options are mutually exclusive. You could have several products each fit one specific target group.

    I think it's difficult for anybody to truly understand another person. I don't thonk I truly understand my parents. I think it's good that now they start to at least pretend to care. That's a big step.
