The initiatives around understanding customers better appear to be one of the real-time facets of some of the Big Data initiatives. One BD project seems to be to try to scrape internet data in real time that can reveal correlations leading to decisions to buy. However I expect that a push back might be that BD would seem to present a tower solution to efforts to become customer centric rather than the sort of re-organization that is advocated.

We do not view the shift to a customer-centric organization as optional. Sa halip, ang shift na ito ay kinakailangan kung ang mga bangko ay nais upang mapanatili ang mga katanggap-tanggap na mga antas ng kakayahang kumita na ibinigay na makabuluhang mga pagbabago sa regulasyon na kapaligiran.
