what dump pouch is that? also are the dump pouches that are "belt mounted" able to go onto molle? or do you have to put it on a belt?

thought this was gonna explain what Molle was... I hear it alot in the survival community and at first i thought it was those woven bands on the bags, vests, and stuff, until i heard that those were called PALS.
