@MrBlackSW There were times when he would get the athletes names mixed up and he was at times a little repetitious, which he caught a lot of criticism for, but in my opinion it didn't matter, he had that voice, the voice of a professional always lending credibility to a sport that had very little. I liked him better than Gordon Solie, and I thought Gordon was incredible. I would say the three best in the biz were Rod, Bob Caudle, and Gordon. There is no maturity in wrestling anymore, just boys.

I agree. I was Lucky enough to see him wrestle in Seattle as a kid...A Legend in the Ring that deserves so much more credit then he gets...
