I live in Los Angeles and I think the area that now most resembles this movie would be Koreatown... especially at the intersection of Western and Wilshire. It's a very gritty and diverse part of the city.

@Ghost7511 I wish we could have gotten Ridley's REAL vision, and not the financiers and Warner Bros. garbage take on it. Originally, Tyrell is only a front, a Replicant himself. The real creator was supposed to be on the next floor up in a cryogenic sarcophagus.
