But that aside, there will always be people and individuals who antagonize Americans, and Ron Paul has stated that he will not cut a single dime from national defense. If some country like Iran really wanted to commit suicide and try to attack us, they will be a footnote in the history books after we obliterate them. Otherwise, lets mind our own business.

@ziongrovehunting he is not saying we will be friends with the mid east. He is saying we should pull out so we dont make it worse than it is. Blowback is serious. If some other country came and just randomly placed soldiers on the streets, tried controlling what i do, watch me, damn right i'd retaliate and their only way is terroism. I saw no reason for the war in Iraq, and many veterans support Ron paul. I trust what the veterans say.

@timjthru Actually, I won't vote for anybody in a party that has spent the last 3 years doing every dirty trick they can think of to keep Obama from doing a good job. . . kept millions out of a job to get rid of one man; spit on millions of honest, hard-working people so they can serve welfare to obscenely rich and sociopathically greedy milllion and billionaires (are you one of these? - I doubt it, so why help them out?) and anything else their wealthy masters demanded.

@ziongrovehunting You should try speaking to an Iranian on the subject, you might be surprised by what he or she might say.

The fact of the matter is, (this coming from AN IRANIAN) the younger generations in Iran actually like America, the older generation does not, but they are not willing to attack America and will die out before they do. In a matter of a decade or two the youth will overpower the eldest generation and Iran may very damn well become our ALLY for all we know.
