  • I was a middle school teacher for a period of time so I feel pretty strongly about this. Obviously light-hearted teasing or teasing with no real malicious intent to hurt or damage the person definitely doesnt fit being a crime. Maybe then tell the kid to suck it up and deal with it. But extreme, malicious forms of bullying (you know the type that leads to kids contemplating and/or committing suicide) should be a crime. I cant see any arguments someone could have against that.
