  • How did u get the Nvidia GeForce GT 330M Graphics Card in your laptop, I know that this is ur nieces but do u know how they did it ? Because I have a Sony Vaio and I think it has a built in graphics card, I want to change it so bad O.0

  • @JuelzZantana you just have to look for the right Vaio that has it! I got this one from J&R

  • How did you get this to work? The demo keeps crashing on my CW. I'll try reinstalling but I was wondering if you overclocked or anything.

  • no it's not overclocked.

  • Nice. What is the resolution you have it on?

  • 1280 x 720

  • Can someone tell me the differences between all the laptops in the CW series? This one is VPCCW22FX but mine is VPCCW23FX, I think it's discontinued too but I don't know why.

Its usually quiet but can when you play games, it heats up. I bought a $10 cooling fan board and it fixed the heat issues so its not that big of a deal. The CW series has a lot of hardware issues that I haven't run into but have been warned about. Also the battery life is pretty bad(about 2~2.5 hours).

Unfortunately, Sony discontinued this model. But you can get a newer model that has the same card but with better specs. I think its called the "EA" or "EB" series. If you order directly from Sony, than you can chose to add whatever you want.

  • @turoturothegreat how loud is the fan and how cool does it run. I can't find this model anywhere in sony's website or stores.
