I created this video as an introduction to a course that teaches you how to be very successful as a landlord. Robert Kiyosaki told us all that being a landlord is the way to go. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and I know first hand how important Cash Flow is. I haven't come from a very affluent background so I created a course for people like me who want to achieve success in Real Estate or who consider themselves to be an Entrepreneur. Some people want to start a business but don't know how to start a business. Starting a business can be expensive. Doing a Home Based Business or an Online Business helps save cost but for most aren't very profitable and mlm or multi level marketing, forget about it. What a bunch of hogwash. I have had a great deal of success being a landlord and now there is a real course teaching people how to become a landlord. You can start in Real Estate with no money down. I will show you exactly how you can start generating a monthly income immediately. What is so nice about my course is that I will really show you. I am not like the other guru's out there who say they will tell you how but never do. I know first hand what it is like to lose a job, or lose your home to foreclosure because you can't make your mortgage payments and there is no one out here who will really help you or show you how. Then you get the people saying they will help you to learn how to flip a house or the short sale techniques. In reality those programs take a lot of time and money. When things are tough or just in everyday life money isn't always so readily available but they wont tell you that. Instead they will rather lie to you and try to sale you their get rich quick products. Funny how bad publicity follows being a landlord when it is actually a money machine.
