Yipes, I am so sorry.We are over in Great Neck, which I think is considered high ground (Pungo Ridge) even though there is plenty of water around. I understand this is one for the record books! The Nor'easters are always worse than the hurricaines it seems.

Lynnhaven Pkwy and Holland Road near the Lunnhaven Mall and only 1 mile from Oceana Air Base. The large green unit is the power supply box for the neighborhood and has underground wires. Very good for all weather as I RARELY ever loose power on this grid. Next evenings high tide was the highest recorded and many homes were in water as lake met street.
