@Tierren32 Not true and true. It depends on the city. NY, Miami, Chicago, LA, and Philly are expensive places. You can't just leave if u don't make enough money. Atlanta you could Texas u could but everywhere aint like that. You can't move from brownsville brooklyn to Manhattan without some type of crazy raise at your job.

The fact is many peole who live in the projects can live in nicer areas if they choose however they have a ghetto mind set where cheap rent is more important
than safety. The sad thing is there are many mothers & fathers that have lost children to the hood & they still dont seem to get it :(
