I've watched Sesame Street with my daughter the past few years and let me tell you, it sucks now. Totally lame. Way better in the 70's and 80's.

Wow! This is better than the other ones I've seen posted! The other ones only went so far as him asking if he could have a book about cookies and a glass of juice. I never heard about rutabegas (eew) or cantaloupe. I bet I know what he was gonna do with the cookie book, too. He was probably going to eat it!

LOL! I remember this from when I was a kid! It's so funny. I'm glad I'm not the librarian! Poor Cookie Monster doesn't know how to listen. Of course, this day and age, you actually might be able to get cookies in the library!
