材料

=そば=
他の材料を先に準備してそばは、最後に茹でます。茹で時間を長めにして少し柔らかく茹でて、冷水下水洗いしてしてからざるなどの上で良く水を切ります。

=焼き海苔=
細まき用の1/2にしたものを1枚
軍艦巻き用に1/6にした細長いものを2枚
海老に巻く細い帯海苔

=ネタ=
えび
いくら
きゅうり(飾り)

=その他=
アルミホイル
醤油
わさび
