This looks like it's been heavily based off of the work of 'Jamie Hewlett'. A huge chunk of the stylisations and expressions really remind me of 'Tank Girl' and the police bloke reminds me a heck of a lot of 'Russel' from 'Gorillaz'.

Looks pretty darn good, and I'm super glad they've popped subtitles on :]

Yep its just like the first time I watched Cowboy Bebop as a kid. Its defined my whole style of art and story telling. I wish it'd be a series. But, Its done its job. This is a video I saw once awhile ago and made me who i am today. So anyone watching this I hope it helps you too. Its an amazing video and something that captures the essence of animation.
