@986tornado Oh for sure, this show ran during the 80's. Dixie Cartner (Julia Sugarbaker's) character rocks ! She stands up for the underdog. I was sad to hear that she passed away a few years ago - she had a storylin arc on "Desperate Housewives" in 2007 when Bree first married Orson Hodge and was still as fiesty as ever ! lol

hahal lol . her in canada we have albrta . so i no what the usa goes throug with the south but i must say the southern part of thr usa has changed in the last 10 to 15 years.

I'm from the south (well Maryland, although it's considered a southern state) and I remember someone asked me what side my crazy people were from. I love deja vu!
Julia speaks the truth! I'm from the South and we do have some crazy people down here. Proud of some more then others but we got them.
