Riding the elevator at Dillard's at Valley View Mall Dallas TX last year on the 1st floor whenever you hit the up call button
when you let go of it the light would go out and also on the 3rd floor the down call button light never went out even when before you push it This store is closed now because they were closing it down at the end of August

  • these were my favorite Montgomery buttons, its a shame they closed this, I like the dry power unit too, also, could you smell the elevator coming, on this before? on relay controlled elevators you can smell the oil I know you noticed that on other elevators too.

  • I used to work at this Dillards :( I miss it there...that was the best job ever...all except for the evil nazi gay guy frank that was our asst. store manager. oh and uh great elevator and all....

  • Now I have ridden a traction that was as slow as a hydraulic before.

  • According to Wikipedia and the Dillard's website this store is closing at the end of this month on August 30th I need to visit here one last time and ride the elevator before it closes

  • According to wikipedia and the Dillard's website of this store its closing August 30th at the end of the month I've got to visit this store one last time before it closes and ride the elevator

  • that looks like the one at my macys and sounds like it to but the doors are a bit more noisy at mine then at dillards

  • i love those fixtures with the big square buttons i think those were originated in the 70's

  • maby they didnt fix the light on the 3rd floor maby it just burnt out the glass elevator at monroville mall the buttos light up for no reasian when someone doesnt press it what ever floor its going to the button on that floor would light up. for example if someone gets in from the 1st floor and hits 2 then the call button on the 2nd floor lights up same for the 1st floor and if someone on the 2nd floor hits the call button and the elevators on the 1st floor the 2nd floor button inside will lite.

  • the elevator at macys monroville mall is traction and slow
