  • @felix2691 I know you sent this 3 months ago but im starting to work out and get in shape and what you want to do is drink 2 to 3 cups of water BEFORE you eat but when you're not eating try and drink as much water as possible and like he said "get your body moving!"

  • So let me get this straight. Drink plenty of water 8 glasses at least. Eat 5-6 small meals per day and do Intense workouts such as Cardio and Muscle ok
