@felix2691 I know you sent this 3 months ago but im starting to work out and get in shape and what you want to do is drink 2 to 3 cups of water BEFORE you eat but when you're not eating try and drink as much water as possible and like he said "get your body moving!"
cool video i laughed the whole way thru because he was very urgent and putting the signs in my face lol but very true syuff very motivational as soon as he said "so drink up"!! i grabbed my water bottle!
So let me get this straight. Drink plenty of water 8 glasses at least. Eat 5-6 small meals per day and do Intense workouts such as Cardio and Muscle ok
