This happens at MANY cemetaries, primarily the white-owned ones. I saw with my own two eyes an irishman charge the man burying his child $600 to bury her at another gravesite because the one he paid for had another body in it.
Do not forget some years ago another cemetary (along with a funeral home) made the news when it was discovered they desecrated the body parts of the dead and sold them to others. Man-made objects were used to replace body parts. Horrible.
