@Vleader001 I personally don't take a dump on my hands. I still wash them even if I only used the urinal. I hope deficating on the hands isn't a normal practice in this wold. That's gross!

You're all missing the point. This video is a criticism of the habitual ritual of hand-washing. As George Carlin perfectly put it, "There are only 4 places that you should keep clean: armpits, asshole, crotch, and teeth."
On a side note, the only time I wash my hands during a bathroom adventure is when I shit on them.
