We try so hard all week to get our routine down and do all the steps to get our health under control, but we tend to lose track of ourselves on the weekend. It might sound counter-intuitive, since we should conceivably have more time for ourselves on the weekends, but often times this is when we quickly throw caution to the wind and run wild! The goal of this challenge is to get you thinking consistently about what is best for your regardless of the day of the week.
