Street Carpets: Mass Draw

On October 2011, four artists were comissioned by Project Taunton and Reed Holland Associates to engage with the public to produce unique works of art and gather their ideas for the renovation of Taunton High Street in Somerset, England. Huge 'canvasses' were laid out during the two day event on the pavements like a series of carpets to provide a welcoming space for people to contribute their ideas using drawing, words, collage and photography. This short film documents the aims and objectives of the event and the contributions made.
