@movingalongthewind It sure is but the problem here is that the protestors on the side of the barrier opposite the capitol are exercising their rights to free expression (without being arrested or harassed) while the protestors on the same side are exercising their rights to free expression and TRESSPASSING. Just because you are supporting a good cause that doesn't mean you can violate the law and it's somehow okay. The ends don't justify the means.
