  • @pyrotrue7 Yeah that's right! Inspiration and determination are also needed when your working for your weight loss program. Just like me, I'm happy that my husband is always there to encourage me. He also introduced me the site where we found the amazing diet plans, the site is WeightLossAction.info. So far I'm already seeing good results.

  • Yesterday i Had 6 free range eggs scrambled cooked in beef fat with 2 220gr raw milk cheese slitly melted as a late breakfast/lunch and then in the evening 3 slices free range bacon with 200gr parmesan cheese! No Salad No Veggies No Fruit no Grains/Beans! Went to the loo 3 times today!!
